Terms of Service

A reservation is confirmed once we receive your deposit and a member of our team sends written confirmation. The balance, including the conservation fee shown at checkout, is due no later than 48 hours before your tour departs.

Prices are quoted per person in USD and may vary by season, group size, and package selected during Book Your Adventure.

Cancel more than 7 days before departure for a full refund less the conservation fee. Cancellations within 7 days are eligible for a one-time reschedule, subject to availability, rather than a refund.

If Amber Quest Tours cancels a tour due to weather or safety conditions, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Adventure tourism carries inherent risk. River rafting, ATV tours, waterfall hikes, and similar activities take place in natural terrain that guides cannot fully control. By booking, you confirm you're physically able to participate and agree to follow your guide's safety instructions at all times.

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who accepts these terms on their behalf.

We ask every guest to treat guides, fellow travelers, local communities, and the environment with respect. Amber Quest Tours may end a tour without refund for conduct that endangers others or damages protected natural sites.

We may update these terms as our tours and policies evolve. The version in effect on the date of your booking confirmation governs that reservation.

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any dispute will first be addressed directly with our team before pursuing formal resolution.
