Yes. Complimentary round-trip transportation is included for guests staying in Montego Bay, Ocho Rios, and Negril. Guests outside these areas can arrange a meeting point with our concierge team when confirming their booking.
Cancel more than 7 days before departure for a full refund less the conservation fee. Inside 7 days, we'll happily reschedule you to the next available date. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Most of our waterfall hikes and river rafting tours welcome children ages 6 and up when accompanied by an adult. ATV tours and the Blue Mountains sunrise trek have a minimum age of 12. Ask our team when booking if you're unsure which tour fits your family.
Guide safety comes first. If conditions make a tour unsafe, we'll reschedule you to another date or issue a full refund — never a rain check with strings attached.
